Tsugar Ray +/ has won many championships, both in the United States and Canada. As a yearling, Region 9 Sweepstakes Champion Stallion, Dallas area, by unanimous choice. Two year old, undefeated in halter, Three year old not shown, in training for performance.

Between 1989 to 1997, Tsugar Ray +/ has had a great career in the show ring including: Regional Champion or reserve Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, and Show Hack. Ohio Buckeye top 8, top 5 at Regional Shows, and Supreme Champion of Ontario both times shown. As a result, he has earned his "Legion of Supreme Honor Champion".

This horse is also a very good sire, producing Futurity and Regional Champions and is also a Breeders Sweepstakes nominated sire.
